Delicious Homemade Caramel Nut Chocolates

Ingredients

2 180g blocks of Caramello Chocolate

1/3 cup chopped walnuts

1/3 cup lightly toasted sunflower kernels

3/4 block of plain chocolate

Instructions

In a medium microwave-safe container, break up and then melt the two blocks of Caramello Chocolate in the microwave (35 seconds at a time). Once melted mix to combine.

Add the nuts and lightly toasted seeds and combine.

Lightly oil two deep ice cube containers and pour the mixture in each section till three quarters filled then place in the fridge for about one hour.

Melt the plain chocolate in the microwave as per the previous method.

Pour or spoon the plain chocolate over the caramel nut mixture in the ice cube trays. Place in the fridge for at least one hour.

Serve and enjoy!
