The prices of the 56 house blocks at Swan Bay Fields have not been released yet.
Real estate agent Brain O’Farrell said there had been plenty of interest in the rural development blocks at Swan Bay.
The 56-lot subdivision with blocks ranging in size from 1 hectare to 8.25 hectares are on a mostly gentle north easterly slope facing towards Evans Head.
The subdivision is close to two other subdivisions at Swan Bay.
“They all sold in a couple of weeks,” he said.
The blocks in the Swan Fields development are all out of the flood zone, Mr O’Farrell said.
There is a shop and bus stop proposed for the development.
“It’s not on the market until October,” Mr O’Farrell said.
“All we’re doing is registering interest.”
