More than 30,000 people were at the Casino Truck Show checking out the shiny rigs.
Every street in the CBD was chokkas with trucks – 600 of them in rows and rows of chrome.
Thousands of people milled about, talking trucks, buying trucker caps and enjoying the entertainment.
The event was run by Richmond Valley Council and mayor Robert Mustow presented a Mayor’s Choice prize.
The total prize money was $50,000 across many categories of trucks. The auction raised $24,000.
