Lions Road re-opened to light traffic today, Friday, August 12.
Kyogle Council warned drivers to use extreme caution on the road as traffic is reduced to one lane at several locations.
Eight major landslips on Lions Rd has meant the road has been closed since July 1.
While the landslips have been cleared from the roadway, they have not been repaired.
The council has engaged geotechnical consultants to survey the landslips.
