Beef Week event tickets on sale for the hoedown, fashion show, ball, tours and high tea

Tickets are on sale now for Casino Food Co-op Casino Beef Week.

This year’s event has the favourite Beef Week events such as the opening ball, street parade and fashion show as well as some new ticket events such as the hoedown.

Beef Week president Brody Lisha said the 11-day event is a “celebration of our community, our history, and our love for beef”.

Casino Beef Week kicks off with the glamorous Opening Ball on Friday, May 20 at 6pm. This is where everyone dresses up and the Beef Week Queen and Ambassador are announced. Tickets are $70 and include a three course meal at the Casino RSM.

The next day on May 21 at 3pm is the return of a past favourite event —  the Beef Week Hoedown. Tickets are $30. Click here to see the singing stars on stage at the Hoedown.

The Discover Richmond Valley Fashion Parade is on May 23 at 6:30 pm. Tickets are available for $15 and doors open at 6:30 pm.  Local fashion houses use residents to model on the catwalk at the Casino RSM.

Windara Beef Week Luncheon is on Wednesday, May 24. Tickets are $35.

On Thursday, May 25 there two events on offer. The MLA Industry Dinner starts at 6 pm and tickets are $30 and there is the Lismore Toyota High Tea at 10 am with tickets available for $45.

The Casino RSM Club Beef Week Cup on Friday, May 26 starts at 11 am. Tickets are $20, and gates open at 11 am. Watch the horse racing and enjoy a day of excitement and entertainment.

The Westlawn Beef Week Rodeo is on Saturday, May 27 with gates opening at 3 pm. Tickets are $20, with children, family, and concession tickets also available.

Then on Monday, May 29, the Mazzars Scenic Coach Tour sets off at 8 am. Tickets for the tour are $55.

There is plenty of action during Beef Week that is not ticketed. Those wanting to attend any of the ticketed events listed above, should get in quick.
