Giant boulders weighing two tonne each have been lifted into a weir by a Black Hawk helicopter.
The 24 basalt boulders came from Grahams Quarry, Ruthven off Coraki Road and they were trucked to a staging site 400m from Lavertys Gap Weir on Wilsons Creek.
One rock at a time, the helicopter airlifted its sling load to the weir with more than four hours flying time to get the job done.

Minister for Recovery and State MP Janelle Saffin said the sight of a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter placing giant boulders at the weir site was a joy to behold.
The weir near Mullumbimby was damaged in the 2022 floods and in the aftermath of former tropical cyclone Alfred.
A specialist marine contractor using tracked vehicles, floating barges and helicopters is carrying out the repairs.
The works pose a complex logistical challenge requiring deep expertise.
The Black Hawk precision operation reduced the need to create new access tracks to the weir site and minimised environmental disturbance around the Wilsons Creek catchment.
