Tonight was the first time mullets have featured in the parade.
Black Comb Barbershop combed Casino to find the best mullets.
The models wore mullet merch in the form of Black Comb Barbershop t-shirts.
The Beef Week Fashion Parade was compered by comedian Gary Eck from Sydney and TV commentator Miranda Saunders.
Gary joked that he was jealous of the mullets as he is bald.
