The Grieve Crossing Bridge at The Risk is finished and the official opening planned for today, Tuesday, December 16 has been postponed.
Kyogle Council said in light of the national tragedy that occurred in Bondi over the weekend, and as a mark of respect for those who lost their lives and were injured, the official opening of the Grieve Crossing Bridge has been postponed.
Council appreciates the community’s understanding.
The official opening will now occur sometime in the New Year, the council said.
Kyogle Council will announce a new date once confirmed.
Grieve Crossing Bridge on Gradys Creek Road has had $5.1million funding from the State Government.
