The Westpac Rescue Helicopter flew to a property east of Kyogle at 11am today, Saturday, September 7 after reports a child was hurt in a tractor accident at Stony Chute Road.
Paramedics attended to the child aged under five years who had abrasions.
The child was flown to the Queensland Children’s Hospital in a stable condition.
