Kyogle Council has changed the date of the official opening of Grieve Crossing Bridge to Tuesday, December 16 at 12.30pm. The community is invited to the opening.
It’s the biggest bridge Kyogle Council staff have ever built — Grieve Crossing Bridge has its official opening at The Risk on Monday, December 15 at 10.30am.
This is the 106th bridge the council has replaced since 2021.
The Grieve Crossing Bridge was funded by more than $2.5million through the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangement’s Regional Roads and Transport Recovery Package jointly funded by the federal and state governments.
The community is invited to the opening of Grieve Crossing Bridge, The Risk (parking will be available on the southern approach to the bridge) on Monday, December 15 at 10.30am.
