COVID: No new cases in Kyogle or Richmond Valley, two in Clarence

There were two covid cases reported in the Northern Rivers.

Both are from the Clarence Valley LGA and are linked to known cases.

The North Coast Public Health Unit is investigating the latest cases and contact tracing is underway including any potential exposure venues of public concern.

There have been 113 cases reported in the Northern NSW Local Health District since the beginning of the current NSW outbreak.

The Northern NSW community continue to turn out in large numbers for testing.

For the seven days from October 14-20, there were 8821 tests in the district.

The total number of cases in NSW since the beginning of the pandemic is 73,023.

NSW Health reported 332 new locally acquired cases and two deaths from covid in the last 24 hours.
