COVID UPDATE: 393 new cases in Northern Rivers, numbers are dropping

There were 393 new covid cases confirmed in the Northern Rivers today.

(Woodenbong and Urbenville postcodes come under the Northern NSW Local Health District Public Health Unit area)

There are 24 covid patients in hospital in Northern NSW, with five of these in ICU.

In NSW there were 8,389 covid cases reported today.

18 people died, one person was in their 40s, three people were in their 60s, four people were in their 70s, six people were in their 80s, and four people were in their 90s.
