There were 526 new covid cases reported in the Northern Rivers today.
The cases came from these LGAs:

Kyogle 10
Lismore 75
Clarence Valley 79
Ballina 85
Byron 41
Tweed 193
There are 56 covid patients in hospital in Northern NSW, with five of these in ICU.
The Northern NSW Local health District reported the death of two people aged in their 80s. They were from the Tweed area.
NSW had 12,818 new covid cases and 30 people died from covid overnight.
In NSW there are 2,749 covid cases in hospital, including 186 people in intensive care, 70 of whom require ventilation.
