COVID UPDATE: New cases in Kyogle, Coraki, Grafton and Lismore

Six new cases of covid were reported in the Northern Rivers today.
Five of the cases are household contacts of existing cases and one is linked to a known case.
One case is located in the Grafton area, one in Kyogle LGA, three in the Lismore LGA and one in Coraki.
One additional case has been confirmed in a Richmond Valley resident.
This case was acquired overseas and will not be listed in the tally for the Northern NSW Local Health District.
This case has been isolating since returning from overseas.
There have now been a total of 161 cases in the Northern NSW Local Health District since June 16.
Even if you are fully vaccinated you should get tested and isolate immediately if you have even the mildest of covid symptoms – such as a slightly runny nose, a scratchy or sore throat or generally feeling under the weather.
