History of surfing exhibition at Evans Head

The Museum has created a new full colour booklet tracing the remarkable history of surfing at Evans Head and the local region, as well as another highlighting the history of the village established back in the late 1800s.
The Museum and vibrant modern surfing display is open over the 2026 October Long Weekend on Friday from 10am until 1pm, and on Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 10am to 4pm, and all are invited to attend.
