From Bonalbo to Sydney, Simon and Emma Powick of Powick’s Pantry are celebrating the medals they’ve won for their condiments.

They entered three items into the Sydney Fine Food Show.

“We are happy to announce that our condiments picked up one silver and three bronze medals,” Emma said.

Here are the scores.

Silver medal: Tomato relish score 85.33

Bronze medal: Lemon curd score 79

Bronze medal: Beetroot relish score 77.83

Bronze medal: Onion marmalade score 74

“We’re happy that every one we entered got a medal. It’ll be interesting when we receive the judges’ feedback to see how we can improve them for next year,” the Powicks said.

And yes, there will be a medal label on the new batch of relishes.
