Northern NSW Local Health District is seeking residents for its Multi Purpose Service Community Consultation Forum.
Forum members give important advice, feedback and guidance to the Multi Purpose Services in these areas.
“We are looking for people from a wide range of backgrounds to represent their community and help improve the care and services we provide,” NNSWLHD chief executive Wayne Jones said.
The forum meets four times a year.
