Casino East Rural Fire Brigade said a hazard reduction burn will be run by the district office.
RFS crews will be doing a small hazard reduction to the southeast of Casino today, Saturday, April 11.
The burn is at Greenridge, at Victoria Park, which is to the east of the Greenridge Soldiers Memorial Hall, on the north side of the Casino-Coraki Rd.
Firefighters will be there from around 10am until it’s finished in the afternoon.
Be aware of the smoke.
