Casino Rescue Squad was called to assist paramedics in the Yorklea area at 11.30am yesterday, Monday, August 14.
The callout stated a rider was on a horse with a potential serious injury but could not get off the horse.
When the rescue crew arrived, the female rider in her 40s, had been removed from the horse and was being treated by paramedics.
The crew helped move the patient onto a spinal board and then onto a stretcher.
The patient was taken to Lismore Base Hospital with a suspected fractured pelvis.
