Kyogle RSL sub-Branch has honoured one of its members with a Lifetime Membership.
Sub-branch president Bill Edward presented the certificate to Kyogle’s Jack McDonough.
Jack served in the infantry for 36 years including as a paymaster at 41 Battalion in Lismore. He never served overseas.
The Lifetime Membership is for Jack’s work for the sub-branch.
“He’s our main man for the sub-branch,” Bill said.
“He does everything.”
Jack has been active in Kyogle Legacy for 20 years and is the administrator for the Border Ranges RSL Day Club.
“Jack is very likeable,” Bill said.
“Go anywhere and someone will know him.”
Congratulations Jack and thank you for all you do for the community.
