Man airlifted to hospital for spinal inquires after motorbike crash

The Westpac Rescue Helicopter flew to a property at Eagle Ridge near Tabulam at 2pm, today, Saturday, June 29.

A man in his 30s was injured in a motorbike crash.

The man was treated by paramedics and the helicopter’s critical care medical team for limb and spinal injuries before being airlifted to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane. 

Correction: Initially emergency services told IndyNR.com the site of the motorbike accident was at Bonalbo and today, Sunday June 30 confirmed it was near Tabulam. They also confirmed the rider was in his 30s not 40s as originally stated.
