Early this morning, Saturday, June 24, the Casino Rescue Squad was called out to a car crash on the Casino-Coraki Rd at Tatham.
When they arrived at 4:45am, paramedics were treating two men, one of them was trapped in a car that had rolled over.
The car was on its side in a ditch.
The rescue squad crew used hydraulic spreaders to force open the rear hatch and with the paramedics got the man out through the back of the car.
The two men were taken to Lismore Base Hospital.
One man, in his 30s, was complaining of some shoulder pain and the other man, in his 50s, who had been trapped in the car did not appear to have any injuries.
On scene were crews from Fire and Rescue Coraki, Casino East RFS, NSW Police and Ambulance NSW.
