Bonalbo knows how to have fun on Australia Day. As well as the awards, there was a car and motorbike show, a cane toad weigh in and comp and the Gold Gumboot Toss.

Citizen of the Year went to John Johnston who has been involved with Tunglebung Hall for 30 years.
