Police find electric bikes stolen from bowlo

Two e-bikes were stolen from the Evans Head Bowling Club at 10pm on Friday, April 7.

Police, with assistance from the community, found the e-bikes (electric bikes) near the bowling club on April 8.

Following an investigation by Evans Head Police, a 39 year old Lismore man was charged with stealing and receiving stolen property.

He will appear at Ballina Local Court on June 15.

Evans Head Police are also appealing to the public to help them identify the owner of a bike which police have seized and believe to be stolen.
