Emergency services were called to a crash on Summerland Way, Casino, at 8.30pm yesterday, Thursday, July 18.
Police arrived to find a grey Mazda had left the road.
Police were told the Mazda was travelling south along Summerland Way when a truck – which was travelling in the opposite direction – approached the Mazda.
The Mazda then swerved off the road.
The driver of the truck did not stop.
The driver of the Mazda – a 49-year-old woman – was treated at the scene by paramedics and was then taken to Lismore Base Hospital for minor injuries.
