QUICK AND CHEAP: Sausages and Spaghetti


dash of oil or butter

1 small onion and 1 crushed garlic clove (if available)

4 basic sausages chopped

1 tin of spaghetti in tomato sauce

dried oregano and parmesan cheese (if available)


In a pan add the oil and heat then add the onion and garlic for a few minutes till soft.

Add the chopped sausages and cook till browned

Stir in the spaghetti and a dash of dried oregano and cook until sausages are cooked. Add a small amount of water if needed.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
