RECIPE: Christmas pizza is a thing

Here’s a Christmas take on pizza from Debbie Reid.


Use or make your favourite pizza base (my bread maker machine makes mine)

2 to 3 tablespoons of jellied cranberry sauce

Tinned champignon mushrooms sliced

Turkey meat (I use the thinly sliced 4-pack from Aldi)                   

A wheel of camembert cheese thinly sliced


Preheat the oven to 190C and grease a pizza tray.

Roll out or place your base on the prepared tray.

Spread the jellied cranberry on the base with the back of a spoon then evenly spread out the sliced champignon mushrooms then the turkey meat and finally the camembert cheese.

Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or to your liking.
