At 6:47pm tonight, Saturday, September 24, the Casino Rescue Squad was called out after reports that a person was trapped by heavy machinery in the Clearfield area, near Rappville.
Entry to the property was by 4WD only.
When the rescue crews arrived, the patient was not trapped and was being treated by paramedics and the Westpac Lifesaver Helicopter medical team.
The patient was stabilised. The extent of the injuries is not known at this stage.
VRA Rescue NSW crews stayed at the scene in case they were needed.
Crews returned to base few hours later.
