At 1.15am this morning, Wednesday, April 20, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter flew to a serious motorbike accident on the Summerland Way at Dairy Flat, north west of Kyogle.
NSW Ambulance Paramedics arrived on scene and carried out initial treatment on the 50-year-old rider before the arrival of the helicopter and the helicopter critical care medical team.
The man was stabilised before being airlifted to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with multiple fractures to his legs and arms.
