A car and motorbike crashed at about 1pm on the Mount Lindesay Highway at Koreelah, near Woodenbong today, Friday, March 1.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter flew to the crash site.
A man in his 50s was treated by paramedics for serious leg injuries before being airlifted to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.
