The Westpac Rescue Helicopter flew to a motorbike crash at Koreelah, near Woodenbong and Urbenville at 1.30pm yesterday, Monday, July 14.
Paramedics treated a man in his 30s for pelvic and lower leg injuries.
He was flown to Gold Coast University Hospital.
