Emergency services rushed to a crash on Culmaran Creek Rd near the Bruxner Highway this morning.
At about 7.10am today, Friday, March 17, a teen was treated by paramedics.
He had injuries to his chest and back and was taken to Lismore Base Hospital.
The Casino Rescue Squad was called because of reports a person was trapped but before they made it to the scene they were called back as no one was trapped.
Mallanganee Rural Fire Brigade also attended the crash.
