Beef Week officially kicks off tonight, Saturday, May 20 with the Opening Night Ball where the Beef Week Queen will be announced.

The winner will be announced at about 8pm at the Casino RSM Club.
Pinkertons Jewellers in Casino have donated the crown for the queen.
