Tinnie Heroes tour goes to Ballina, Evans Head, Kyogle, Newrybar, Alstonville

The film Tinnie Heroes is being screened across the region. Next screenings are at Ballina, Evans Head, Kyogle, Alstonville, Newrybar and Bonalbo.

Tinnie Heroes was voted best film by audience vote at Flickerfest in Bangalow earlier this month.

When the film screened at Byron Bay Golf Club $1500 was raised for the Northern Rivers Flood Action Group. Read the story here.

BALLINA

March 12 at Ballina at Cherry Street Sports at 7pm.

EVANS HEAD

March 15 at Evans Head Library at 10am and 10.45am. Bookings required by close of business on Tuesday, March 14. Phone 6660 0374.

LISMORE

March 14 at Serpentine Gallery at 6pm. Followed by a panel of some of the rescuers featured in the Rescue exhibition. Go to 104 Conway or park in the old Services NSW carpark in Ewing Street. All welcome.

KYOGLE

March 17 at Kyogle Library at 5.30pm. Bookings required by close of business on Thursday, March 16. Call 6632 1134.

ALSTONVILLE

March 28 at Alstonville Bowling Club at 7.30pm. Gold coin donation entry with money going to Northern Rivers Flood Action Group based in Woodburn.

NEWRYBAR

April 2 at Newrybar Hall, 1-3pm. Hall is at 13/15 Old Pacific Hwy, Newrybar. Lions Club barbecue to follow screening.

BONALBO

In March, Date to be confirmed.

WARDELL

Wardell will show the film when they have their outdoor cinema set up. It has been offered to them.
