Top bull price of $17,500 at All Breeds Sale

It was the 26th Casino All Breeds Bull and Female Sale at the NRLX on Saturday, July 27.

For more than 10 years, the sale has donated $1000 to three charities – Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Windara and Casino VRA Rescue Squad each received $1000.

At the sale there were 165 stud and herd bulls and 18 registered females.

Mr Bancroft was pleased with the contribution from the sale.

Casino residents were generous donaters to the rescue helicopter, he said.

“Our biggest contributor workplace is the Casino Food Co-op.”

The top price paid at the sale was $17,500 for a black Simmental bull purchased by Graham Ford from Tunglebung.

Lot 84 purchased by Graham Ford.

There was a 73% clearance with 112 bulls sold with an average price of $6424.

11 females sold at an average of $2613.
