Shelley Craft is coming to Kyogle to talk about health and aging.
Shelley is a TV personality and co-host of The Block and is hosting the Health Ageing Roadshow which is visiting four places – Wauchope, Coffs Harbour, Maclean and Kyogle.
The roadshow is about sharing important health information on healthy ageing with regional communities in northern NSW.
Shelley will be joined by specialist GP Dr Lisa Beecham to unpack a range of topics including the impact of age-related decline in immunity, having better conversations with your GP, managing chronic conditions and viral diseases such as shingles and the importance of nutrition, exercise and mental health.
The Healthy Ageing Roadshow is sponsored by GSK Australia and the Country Women’s Association of NSW.
The roadshow will be at Kyogle Memorial Institute Hall on August 1 at 10.30—12.30pm.
