Kyogle RFS rushed to a ute on fire on Baileys Bridge Road, about 50metres from the Summerland Way at Kilgra last night, Sunday, March 17.
When the RFS crew arrived at about 10.25pm, the ute was already engulfed by fire.
Casino police were at the scene and the owner of the car said he had been having mechanical trouble with the car earlier in the day.
