Villages bag three new police

Finally, the villages of Bonalbo and Woodenbong have new police – one has arrived and two are coming.

Senior Constable Elizabeth Brooke started work at Woodenbong Police Station on February 14 and a second constable will arrive in Woodenbong on March 15.

The constable position at Bonalbo Police Station has been filled and the officer will start work on April 23.

The new constables at Woodenbong and Bonalbo will live and work in their communities.
