At about 9.40am today, Wednesday, July 31, emergency services were called to a car crash at Paddys Flat Road near Tabulam.
When police arrived, they found a car had left the roadway and rolled.
The driver – a woman believed to be in her 70s – was unable to be revived.
She is yet to be formally identified.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation is ongoing.
