The building of 194 new social homes on 16 sites across the state will start by the end of this year.
Thirty-seven of these homes will be built in the Northern Rivers – 18 in Casino, 13 in Alstonville and 6 in East Lismore.
The Casino homes will be built at 64-70 Stapleton Avenue.
This initiative is part of the State Government’s Building Homes for NSW program and the homes will be owned by Homes NSW.
