Here’s a showbag parents will want to buy for the kids. It contains a colouring book featuring drawings from Beef Week and a pack of pencils.
The colouring books are for all ages including adults.
Michelle Clark has made the books for the showbags to help out her parents Yvonne and Gary Smith at Sensational Crafts on Barker Street, Casino.
Tomorrow, on Beef Week Saturday, Michelle will have a table set up outside the shop where the showbags will be sold for $10.
“I’m very creative,” Michelle said.
“I’ve always had the ability to do design work.”
Michelle designs websites and helps with the website for Sensational Crafts.
“This is more than a craft shop,” she said.
“This is a community hub.”
She is clearly proud of what her parents have created – and she wants to continue that approach with their online service.
“It’s all about story-telling,” she said.
