We’re almost in December and there are only four more weekends until Christmas. How did that happen? Here’s What’s On.
This weekend, Christmas carols begin with Casino Lions Christmas Carols at Queen Elizabeth Park starting at 5pm on Saturday, November 28.
It’s free and I’m sure Santa has heard it’s on.
There’s plenty of live music all weekend and many markets at Casino, Kyogle, Woodburn, Evans Head and Woodenbong.
Woodenbong has its Yowie Country Christmas Market on Saturday too.
Scarborough’s Shoes & Fashions in Kyogle is having a sidewalk sale and Saturday is the last day.
Head to Kyogle and grab yourself a bargain and/or buy some Christmas presents.
Your first stop this weekend needs to be the Casino CWA Christmas Street Stall outside Casino DIY Hardware in Barker Street on Saturday morning.
Meanwhile in Bonalbo at 1pm on Saturday, there is Christmas Bingo at the hall.
On Sunday, markets are on at Woodburn Memorial Hall.
And there is the big Sunday market at the Golf Club which is ideal to buy local gifts.
Across the weekend is the first Grom Games at Evans Head led by local pro surfer Callum Robson.
