What’s On?

It’s a long weekend — and double demerit points are in effect from midnight tonight, Thursday, April 23 until 11:59pm Monday, April, 27 targeting high-risk behaviours including speeding, illegal mobile phone use, improper seatbelt use and motorcycle helmet offences.

Tomorrow, Friday, April 24 is the official opening of the Mallanganee Observatory at 11.15am and the community is invited.

And Evans Head farmers market is on behind the surf club at 2.30pm—6pm.

Saturday farmers markets in Casino and Kyogle are closed for Anzac Day. The markets will be back the following weekend.
