There are a few fires burning in the region creating some smoke in the sky.
The Fires Near Me map shows the fires burning at 8pm on Sunday, September 28:
Sugarbag Road, Tabulam: bush fire 13ha burned
Upper Mongogarie Road, Upper Mongogarie: Bush fire under control, 104ha burned
Hicks Road, Busbys Flat: bush fire not yet controlled, 162 has burned
Summerland Way, Fairy Hill: burn off under control.
The Bush Fire Danger Period runs from October 1 to March 31.
