Casino is about to get a sushi train.
Business owner of Sushi Kuni Casino at the Plaza Shopping Centre in Canterbury Street, Casino said there will places to sit and select from the sushi train and takeaway sushi as well.
The sushi cafe is where Dave’s Bakehouse used to be opposite Woolworths supermarket.
Sushi Kuni Casino is expected to open in the first or second week of March.
“We’ve been working really hard,” the business owner said.
The sauces for the sushi are made in-house.
“We have a pride in that.”
There has been a lot of interest in the callout for staff to work at Sushi Kuni.
“We are no longer accepting resumes, as we have already received many applications.”
Sushi Kuni Casino opening hours will be:
Monday to Friday: 11am—8pm
Saturdays: Closed
Sunday: 11am—3pm
