McGrath Estate Agents announces the opening of two new offices in the Northern Rivers region of NSW, broadening its service across the region.

The McGrath Casino and Kyogle offices will be led by principal Rob Horder and director Jacquie Horder, bringing a highly experienced team of nine to McGrath.

The collaboration provides an opportunity to build on the relationships they have established over many years in the community while delivering an even higher level of service to their clients.

Head of Franchise for McGrath Chris Mourd said, “The launch of our Casino and Kyogle offices represents another important step in McGrath’s planned growth across regional Australia.

“We are thrilled to partner with Rob and Jacquie who are recognised leaders within their market and keen to leverage the McGrath platform for a wider reach for their clients.”

The high-energy couple has 16 years experience selling property in the Richmond Valley region of the Northern Rivers.

“We are proud to showcase the rural lifestyle and unique character of the Richmond Valley and to share what makes this such a wonderful place to live, work and invest,” Mr Horder said.

“Our team is passionate about the communities we call home and the people who make them special.

“Casino, Kyogle, Evans Head and the surrounding villages are communities with a strong connection to the land, agriculture and rural lifestyle,” he added.

“It is an exceptional natural environment that has increasingly attracted people looking for a tree-change, bringing with them new energy and diversity to our local communities.”

The property market continues to attract both local and out-of-area buyers, according to Mr Horder.

Rural and lifestyle properties are particularly appealing to those looking for space, land and a change of pace, while the rental market continues to provide opportunities for investors.

McGrath Casino and Kyogle will have a strong focus on Casino, Kyogle and Evans Head.

It will extend to Nimbin in the north-east, Woodenbong in the north-west and Evans Head in the south east.

The business includes a property management portfolio with plans for expansion.
