The sister of Sarah Miles who was found beaten to death at her Casino home on Saturday, June 29, has launched a fundraiser to help with funeral costs.
Renee Byrnes said the money would help with the funeral, sorting out Sarah’s animals and any left over from those expenses would go to Sarah’s three children aged 18, 23 and 24.
Renee said they still have so much to deal with and haven’t been yet been able to go into the house where Sarah was killed.
Dwayne Creighton has been charged with the murder of Sarah Miles. He will be in court on August 28.
The online campaign for Sarah has a target of $10,000.
Renee wrote this on the fundraiser:
“Sarah, a much loved mother, sister, aunty, daughter and friend. Her beautiful bright light tragically extinguished in a callous barbaric act of violence in her own home over the weekend.
“Sarah’s family is seeking assistance to cover funeral, and associated expenses for her grieving children, as they try to cope with the loss of their much loved mum at such a young age.”
