On the day before the first sitting of the 47th parliament in Canberra, Woodenbong Central School students met Federal MP Kevin Hogan.

“Wonderful to catch up with them in Parliament House,” Mr Hogan said.

The students were tired from their overnight bus trip and excited about their snow trip, he said.

Mr Hogan was in Canberra today, Tuesday, July 26 for the first parliament in years with a Labor Government in charge.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese became emotional during parliament because eight of his childhood friends surprised him by travelling to Canberra for the parliament sitting.
