The Westpac Rescue Helicopter flew to a property at Busby Flat near Casino this afternoon, Sunday, May 29.
At the scene the aircraft medical crew treated a 73 year old male who was suffering from serious chest pain.
The man was airlifted to the Lismore Base Hospital in a stable condition.
