At about 3pm today, Friday, August 14, Kyogle RFS, Fire and Rescue and Kyogle SES were called to a car crash at Afterlee Road near Horse Station Creek.
Police said the car hit a drain.
The driver who is believed to be in his 70s was put on a spinal board by paramedics and taken to Lismore Base Hospital.
There are no further details.
